When it comes to raw cuteness, it doesn’t get much better than Kate Bosworth.  And the “Blue Crush” actress was spotted hamming it up at the ShoWest Convention yesterday.

Kate looked absolutely fabulous at the ShoWest premiere of her new flick “21,” in a fuzzy silver strapless mini dress complete with fashion-forward arm sleeves.
