Jessica Alba, who tied the knot with long-time boyfriend/babydaddy Cash Warren three weeks ago, has given birth to her first child - a baby girl.

According to reports from Us magazine, Alba’s little angel was born that weekend at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
